Click here to go to the Gasland website. The Colorado Safe Personal Care Products Act (3/10)House Bill 1248 was introduced into the Colorado State Legislature on February 3, 2010. The act would prohibit manufacturers from distributing or selling in Colorado personal care products that contain known and probable carcinogens and reproductive toxins. Environmental Working Group releases a new report: Drilling Around the Law (1/10)Companies drilling for natural gas and oil are skirting federal law and injecting toxic petroleum distillates into thousands of wells, threatening drinking water supplies from New York to Wyoming.
